This is in a small (19 units) beautiful mobile home co-op/community. Park rules allow a MAXIMUM of TWO full-time occupants per dwelling, at least ONE of whom MUST BE OVER 55. (Guests are permitted.) Rental period is a minimum of one year and can be extended.
