Other criminal activity may be grounds for denial. - All bankruptcies must already have been discharged. - All current or pending collection accounts owed to any utility company's past landlords must be paid in full, with no exception. The collection agency or utility company must provide a receipt stating the collection fee has been paid or settled. A minimum of- 24 months' rental history is required. A cosigner or additional security deposit may be addressed within 24 months.
