Welcome to our little slice of sunset paradise! We are frequent travelers to Lake Havasu and decided to purchase a home here to enjoy and we thought we should share it with you too!! We provide Smart TVs with Netflix, comfortable living room seating, plenty of beds for the family, an entertainment backyard with games, pool, BBQ, outdoor furniture, and more. The driveway is large enough for boats, cars, and toys! We look forward to hosting you, we hope you love it as much as we do!!

>Can take 24+ hours to heat the pool so we need advanced notice
BBQ GRILL
>We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.
DEPOSIT
>We may ask for a $250 deposit at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection ($500 for holidays)

Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4% charge is not refunded.
DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
