We do not have covered parking available, as our garage is currently being utilized for storage purposes. However, there is ample parking space for up to three cars conveniently located in front of the house

This place doesn\'t have the following below:

As our guest, you\'ll have exclusive access to the entire house, including our lovely private pool (please note it\'s not heated) and the fenced property for added privacy and security.

Before your booking commences, it is necessary to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You will receive a message and/or email directly from Know Your Guest (aka Superhog) regarding this process.

Upon verification, you will have the option to choose between two security options:

- A refundable deposit of $150.
- A damage waiver fee of $20.

Please ensure to complete this verification process promptly to secure your booking.

- Maximum of 4 cars unless approved before hand.

- Pet fee: $250 non - refundable

- Maximum occupancy of 10 (staying the night). Up to 14 total with prior approval.
