Management changes every month, they have no communication skills AT ALL. they are rude. Changed policies / things multiple times without ANY notification.
No small play area for kids, management keeps changing since I've moved there, the rent is to high with the water being added it cost alot I have water leaks in bathroom. Maintenance barly is done or work orders are closed without nothing being done since I moved there washer and dryer doesn't work that good. Parking there is plenty of parking. Noise- I don't have a problem with noise in the building I stay in but the Windows are like paper thin anyone that walks past can hear you talking.
