No street parking available. There is always construction noise from remodeling apartments everyday of the week, the water is "emergently shut off" every single week, the utility bills are extremely high, management is a joke. The apartment as a whole has an issue with roaches, ants and raccoons. The apartments are expensive but rundown. There are leaking pipes everywhere maintenance and management refuse to address. Management uses shady techniques to get you to pay significantly more in rent than agreed to originally.

Love the location and the community. I think it’s just a tad pricy for the quality. Management overall is responsive and helpful sometimes just feels like they have too much on their plate and it slows things down.
