Capitola Gem: This beautiful top floor condo is fully updated and is located a stone throw away from New Brighton beach, walking distance to Capitola Village, a short drive to all the amenities on 41st Ave. Access to Highway 1 is just a few minutes away. This single level home features a spacious living room and a nice sized galley style kitchen – all with a very open layout with beautiful views and natural lighting. The kitchen features solid surface countertops, tons of cabinet space, and newer stainless steel appliances: electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen as well. The primary bedroom is a nice size, with two closets - one off the bedroom and one off the bathroom. The bathroom has been completely remodeled with solid surface countertops, stone flooring and shower, and radiant heat. The secondary bedroom is also a nice size, with a standard size closet. The hallway bathroom has also been partially updated with tile floors, and a shower over the tub. The living room is large and open with beautiful views of the ocean, a brand new gas fireplace, extra storage and built in cabinetry. Off the living room, you will find a large, versatile space which can be used as a formal dining area, office, kids play area, personal gym/work out room, or you name it! It also has a nice sized closet for additional storage. Tenant pays for PG Water, sewer and trash are included. The condo comes with one assigned parking space in the carport and an additional storage closet in front of the parking space. There is also ample street parking available if needed. The home has baseboard heaters and a new gas fireplace. The community, Park Avenue by the Sea, has a seasonal pool and hot tub for all residents to use, a community room, and gym. One cat will be considered with good references, up to date shots, and additional pet rent of $50/month. We approve applicants who have a household income of three times the monthly rent amount (sorry, no cosigners), good credit (625 min. credit score) and positive landlord and/or employer references. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers. We require a separate application for any resident over the age of 18 who will be living at this residence. We also require any resident under the age of 18 to be identified as well. Our office participates in the Pet Screening service, ALL APPLICANTS MUST COMPLETE A PROFILE EVEN IF THERE ARE NO PETS IN THE HOME.
