This Classic Mid-Century Tahoe cabin is conveniently located in one of the North Shore’s most charming neighborhoods, Agate Bay. It sits adjacent to conservancy forest land which conveys a beautiful backdrop of solitude in nature, yet it is only a few blocks walk from the lake and Carnelian Bay shops. The master suite and its attached bathroom with shower take up the entire top level and overlook the living space below. This bedroom is over sized and features a plush, new King bed. There’s also a SMART television and dedicated work desk in this bright and airy suite. The additional bedrooms are downstairs and share a full bath with tub/shower. Each of these two cozy rooms have a queen bed and dressers for storing your things as well plump sitting chairs. One of Tahoe’s best restaurants, Garwoods (known for its wet Woody’s) is just a couple of minutes away along with, a supermarket, local shops, casinos and night life. Street parking is prohibited year-round. • AWD/4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months. • The cabin is equipped with electrified bear wires that must be turned on when the house is empty. • Renter's Insurance required for the duration of the ski lease term. • Snow Plow Contract to be obtained by Owner once lease is signed. Tenant shall reimburse owner for the cost of pro-rated seasonal service.
