Are mature and in there 30’s & 40's working semi-professionals in various industries throughout the Bay Area. They are reasonably outgoing and pretty laid-back and looking for someone with a similar compatible personality to share this house with.

Best fit...
Semi-professional, working full-time, non-smoking, mature, clean, respectful, and dependable. Must enjoy a clean-living environment (i.e. clean up after yourself, do not smoke in the house, and other common-sense standards). There will be a background check completed as part of the application (credit, references etc.). Proof of employment and previous place of residence. Bottom-line: No smoking, no drugs, no partying, no pets, no working from home in the common areas and no overnight guests.
