Parking- people Parking far back and blocking safe passage on sidewalk. Person not authorized Parking in disabled parking for weeks. Noise- Trash valet is great but cart bangs around walls late at night sometimes at 10pm. Maintenance- requests submitted and cleared with no corrections, leading for us to correct ourselves.
