Serramonte Ridge is a wonderful place to live. It is close to the ocean, schools and shopping and has parking. Also, management is awesome! If you need something fixed or have any concerns, they fix it right away. I had an issue with mold and they had a couple of people from California Water and Fire within a few days to fix the issue. They were clean, professional and left the place better then when they came. I have to give thanks to management and to all the folks in the office. Caprice, Maury, Manny, Olivia, and Adriana are great, many thanks. We lived in many places, older individuals and feel safe living here, AMC Management cares about their tenants and really knows how to manage properties. -Keith and Rebeca .
