The longest term tenant who lives in the one of the upstairs bedroom is a quiet, friendly Navy veteran who works in the medical field and has two cats that stay in his room. The other upstairs bedroom was just rented to another tenant who is active duty military. The downstairs bedroom that is across the way from the master was just rented to a marine veteran who works for a real estate company in Fallbrook. All current tenants work outside of the home.

Room is available for immediate move in. Some tenant screenings and a $1000 security deposit required. Military preferred (the home is 5-7 min to the Fallbrook gate entering Camp Pendleton) but it is also very close to the high school and middle school. Trained pets only considered on a case-by-case basis and will require an extra deposit. Tenants are responsible for splitting utilities amongst themselves, but owner covers solar, HOA, quarterly pest control, landscaping and a portion of water costs to maintain landscaping.
