At first glance, Prado, is the absolute favorable place to live. Unfortunately, due to the over cost of water trash and broil. I have come to the conclusions that Prado does not care about its tenants. They only have 1 maintenance man for 3 different apartments, each having over 100 tenants. I have about 4 months now . All blinds in the living room are falling off due to no maintenance. My cabinets from the kitchen are falling off its hinges since it hasn’t been replaced since 2004. I have many outlets that are not working in the rooms and I’ve had 1 guy come into my apartment over a months span and did nothing. The air conditioner doesn’t work in all rooms.
