This spacious and updated Kingswood Village condo has two bedrooms on the entry level plus a loft above the kitchen on the 3rd floor. The main living area is just up the stairs to the second floor and has a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV with basic extended cable + DVD player, cozy seating area, dining for 7 including the eat-at-bat and access to a second deck with an electric grill and patio table. The tidy galley kitchen is fully stocked and has newer appliances plus all the smaller appliances one could ask for. There is also a second full bath on the main floor. The primary bedroom is housed on the entry level and has his hers closets, a private deck, TV and a king bed. Bedroom number two is also downstairs and has a queen bed and a lot of natural light with windows from the floor to the top of the vaulted ceilings. Between both bedrooms is a full bath and a closet with full-sized washer dryer. Lastly, there's a unique loft area with a small desk for those who must work while away.
