Lease is 4 months and then month-to-month. Rent includes all utilities as well as a monthly budget for supplies and food staples.

Housemates are a mix of creatives and professionals. There is one house meeting per month and everyone contributes 4-5 hours of monthly chores. Most decisions and communication happen over Slack, and most things run as a do-ocracy. Projects are encouraged. In general folks keep a quiet and clean house, with occasional parties and dinners. Due to allergies, we cannot accommodate pets.
