Rent is the hook, lots of fees added to your rent. Parking, water, garbage, sewage, valet garbage service, no incentive to control utility use. Lots of complaints about thief and no real solution has been established by property management. Parking assignments not convenient. We are assigned in front of a building that is not our building so its a bit of a walk especially when you have small children going to your car from the parking stall to our unit. .

there is a huge roach problem that was never fully addressed despite sprayings, there is a lot of noise from other units as the walls and ceilings are very thin and nothing is done about multiple noise complaints. There are also a lot of car break-ins and tire stealing in the parking areas.
