- Examples of potentially disqualifying results: evictions/broken Leases or foreclosures- bankruptcy in the last 7 years- collections/judgements/liens- late, NSF, returned rent payments- felonies, sex-related, violent, or theft-related crimes- illegal possession of controlled substances.
