Pests. You have come to spray for spiders and they are still insane. I work from home and it's extremely difficult for me to leave for 3-4 hours every time this needs to happen and the fact they already came once and nothing has been resolved, it's a violation. A fumigation is likely needed. Ice maker. I purchased this apartment, with an ice maker. Therefore, it is your responsibility to keep it up to code. The anti-freeze (ie., poison) that I have been putting into my body because you all have failed to resolve this issue is a violation against what I signed when I moved here. No, it's not required to have an ice maker, but that's what I was promised when moving here and that's on the complex to maintain. Stolen packages. I have had thousands of dollars worth of packages stolen, which i've even asked if we can send a note about, and no further action has been taken. Fair housing act: I was told if I didn't remove my mat outside my door it would result in a fine. There are MULTIPLE people on my floor with mats outside there door, that have been there since move in, and no action has been taken against them. Laundry. I was promised laundry yet have had the multiple occurrences: People not moving their laundry so mine remains wet and I have to re-pay to wash and dry it Stolen laundry Bugs in the laundry room that can easily lead to bed bugs amongst other things Finally, which I haven't discussed with my lawyer yet, my parking spot. There are cars parking in MY spot, that I was promised when moving here, that don't even live here or belong here. It's very evident people are renting out their spots and parking in incorrect ones which is against the complex and causes a burden on me to have to tow cars in the middle of a Monday workday. Additionally, the grills are broken.
