We have been having so many problems with the loud noise in the jacuzzi and the loud music and then there is the fact that they are in the jacuzzi after 10pm I call the security and they hardly ever pick up the phone and when they do they take forever to get to the apartment complex. I tell the management and all they do is sent out a email with the pool rules that probably only a quarter of the tenants read but nothing else is done. But over all we love it here and enjoy our apartment so much but we want to enjoy our balcony but can't because of the loud music
