Complex constantly smells like garbage and residents do not pick up after themselves. Homeless people camp out under my balcony. Upstairs neighbor is very noisy at all hours and wakes me up daily stomping around and banging on walls. Cigarette smoke gets into my unit. Neighbors car was broken into. My unit flooded due to careless neighbor. Zero amenities, no pool no gym nothing. Previous manager made lots of promises and sold me then “moved to Paris” the week I moved in. Location is unsafe and noisy. Overall very unhappy living here.
