- Owner pays sewer
-Resident to pay $5 monthly utility rebilling (RUBS) admin fee

RENTER’S INSURANCE:
-Renter's insurance is required w/minimum $300K Liability. (All occupants must be listed as a named insured and the carrier must be rated B+ or better by A.M. Best.)
