Can hear upstairs neighbors running, dropping things, stomping, slamming doors, and crying babies regularly. Parking is a hot mess with tight spaces in the covered parking leading to issues of no room to get out or having to call the leasing office to get neighbors to move car back into their space.

Lots of rules don't seem to be followed and when mentioned you get an "OK" but nothing happens,
