I’ve been happy 😊 being here. The only issue is that the AC is not working, and during the winter the heater wasn’t working at all. It must be replaced to better serve future residents. But good 👍 management and convenient location.

Applicant has the right to provide Wellshire Apartments with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Wellshire Apartments with a PTSR, Wellshire Apartments is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee Wellshire Apartments to access or use the PTSR.
