I have a furnished room for rent in a shared townhouse in Southern Longmont, right off Ken Pratt and the diagonal highway. It is in a prime location, close to downtown Longmont, with direct access to Boulder and a short drive from 287. The townhouse is new with modern appliances and wood flooring (no carpet). You have access to in-unit laundry, a brand new oven, fridge, and dishwasher. The kitchen, living room and dining room are a shared space. This bedroom is 10ft x 15ft, and it shares a bathroom with one other person.

All utilities, including WiFi and electricity are included in the rent.

I am an engineer, my roommate is a piano teacher, and we're looking to welcome another young professional to the place. I am a car guy and outdoor enthusiast- my roommate enjoys watching shows and reading books. We don’t mind the occasional beer, but we left our party days behind long ago- this will not be a party house. I enjoy a clean, organized house, and I’m looking for someone who will also respect the space. Cleaning duties in the common areas will be shared among all roommates. I have severe pet allergies, so I’m looking for someone who doesn’t have pets. This is also a smoke-free home, inside and out.

The room is currently available, and the lease will be month to month with an option of 6 months or a full year if we decide we’re a good fit. Please be aware that a background check, credit check, landlord references, and employment/income verification are required as part of the application process.
