Overall rating
On appearance, City Ridge is a very nice building. However, it has numerous issues. Parking is quite expensive, but the door to the parking garage is broken as often as it is fixed. Front desk staff are friendly, but it seems like they are often not very empowered. There are areas where there are significant pet accidents, but it doesn't seem like management put much effort into identifying which animal/ owner is causing this (I'm a pet owner myself, I don't dislike pets just irresponsible pet owners). My biggest gripe is noise management. The Ridge Club, which the building owners also seems to own, can be extremely loud. However, building management which is sub contracted to a different entity can't seem to do much about them. This seems like a way to skirt responsibility. Additionally, there are routinely extremely loud cars and scooters in the square, which idle and no action is taken to enforce the rules. This place charges a premium so I really think they should put more effort into making it more livable.
