The elevators are constantly broke, I missed work one day because I was not able to access the parking via elevator or steps (the door was locked), It took 4 days to resolve my broken front door to secure my apartment, I pay $195 for parking to be told to park upstairs because someone is in my assigned spot for a month and it took 4 days as well to even get my situation acknowledged, pets poop and piss in the hallway. Overall I feel as though management as a lack of care about anything not surrounding rent.
