“The Villas themselves are brand new , modern, beautifully appointed with base moldings, spacious, bright and airy. It feels more like a small house than an apartment and I love having the fenced in outdoor area. Office staff and maintenance have been responsive and attentive. Only downside is my unit backs up to Alico Road which has a lot of truck traffic but I knew that when I selected the unit. It's a compromise I was willing to make to get everything else I wanted!”
