These Apartments are Expensive!! But they Need a Complete Overhaul On the inside of Units!! There is Still Paint Spatter all over my flooring & My AC does not blow Ice Cold enough!! And there Tiny inside!! Which would be ok if the Units were made to look NEW….. & The Appliances were all up to date!! The gate does not work sometimes and The system needs to be up dated and the garage door openers are old and don’t work correctly!! For the Price!! They can do soo much better!! And if they do all of this!! Keep the rent the same because people are already paying for all of this and just not getting what there actually paying for!! Facts!!!
