Summerwind Apartments

I discovered right away the apartment would not be functional for me. The manager had just told me she was speaking to her boss about 2 vacancies. When I asked if one would be better, she told me nothing was available.

New landlord is really nice. The apartment itself was not so great, black mold in the attic and mold in the cabinets can’t store food in there. The roof is beginning to crack and leaks has been that way since before I moved in never once did they even attempt to fix it. Very dissatisfied with the quality of the apartment. I feel sick all the time, clothes begin to grow mold from being stored in the closet, cat having a hard time breathing after breathing in mold.
