A $50 processing fee for Keystone Property Management will be collected at checkout. For all rentals – a $300 security deposit from the owner is required. The funds will be returned at the conclusion of the lease term after a request has been submitted to management. For all rentals - A background check is required for all applicants 18 years or older. A $50 Background Check fee, per applicant, will be collected at checkout. ALL Application Fees are Non-Refundable. Please note: some payments may be subject to a payment processing fee. This nominal fee will be included in your total at checkout. A photocopy of a valid Driver’s License or Government issued ID for ALL Adult Applicants MUST be submitted with this application. Please submit copies in the "Upload Other Documents" section near the bottom of the application. A copy of the executed purchase agreement/lease agreement or Contract between the Landlord/Seller and the Tenant/Buyer MUST be submitted with this application. The minimum lease term is thirty (30) days. Please allow fourteen (14) days from the receipt of a complete application for processing. A New Resident Orientation is required. No unit may have more than two (2) domesticated pets. Pets may weigh collectively up to 100 lbs. No Pets exceeding 100 lbs are permitted.
