One bedroom has a flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom has a large walk-in shower and vanity with 2 sinks. The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer. You can access the one-car garage from this level and from the garage you access the pool in the huge fenced-in backyard.

Take the stairs to the second level where you will find the main living and dining area plus the kitchen. There is a large, open area that opens up onto the upper deck that overlooks the pool, with seating for 4. There\'s a large flat-screen TV and plenty of room for entertaining or just relaxing. The dining area seats 6 with extra seating for 4 at the island in the kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops and all of the appliances are stainless steel. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower. The master bedroom is very spacious with a king sized bed and a flat-screen TV. There\'s also a sleeper sofa and a walk-in closet. Master bath has a walk-in shower.

The pool area is perfect after a long day on the beach! There is a large covered deck by the pool for those seeking shade and also plenty of area for sunning. Enjoy the comfortable lounge chairs surrounding the pool as you enjoy time with family and friends. There\'s even ring toss for entertainment. The access to the beach is on Watts St. There is a large collection of beach/pool toys and bicycles available for use.
