Overall rating
The management was fired after multiple complaints they were terrible especially MOLLY. They boot the residents they don’t communicate, a lot of noise. They rent the pool to kids and they have music blasting it’s a mess. The units are ok nothing fancy great location that’s it. Trash never comes on time, mail is late.
The management of the property has been difficult to work with at some points and extremely unorganized. When I moved in they gave me defective clicker and an incorrect mailbox key. Additionally they left me with no way to get into my apartment when I first moved in because they decided to close the office without telling anyone. Other than that the apartment is great. I do wish the cabinetry in the kitchen was a little bit more high quality but other than that satisfied with the apartment itself.
