i’ve Made countless complaints literally since I have moved in and management does absolutely nothing. My upstairs neighbors are loud all morning, day and night. They hang in the walkways smoking and leaving trash everywhere. They vandalized the brick wall by the entrance to the building as well as the playground that children are supposed to play in. The neighbors upstairs even came downstairs in an attempt to fight after we hit the ceiling when management refuses to do anything about the consistent complaints I’ve made. I’ve had broken bathroom cabinets since I’ve moved in that have never gotten fixed, one of our bathtubs has been messed up and all they did was put a sticker over it even though I showed management and maintenance that the water does not drain from the tub accordingly. The pool never opened, none of the gym equipment works and majority of it was actually like broken / destroyed. Fireworks are going off constantly, but it’s affordable and the size of our apartment is nice. the location is great. Unfortunately that’s my only positive feedback for Capitol Gateway, I think the management is extremely poorly ran and this could be a beautiful community if the right people did their due diligence.
