Amenities are good but can’t always use them or not always maintained. Management is not communicative at all. The old management company would put on community events and make us feel more connected, the new company only cares about money or sponsored events to push their bottom line. They don’t care about us living in a construction zone where half of the security doesn’t work and its people are in danger. They bought the property to fix it up to sell.
