The apartments are loud. Noise from next door. Noise from upstairs. Noise from the stairwell. Noise from the main road. Dodge Chargers and other racecars meet up by the pool and rev their engines and neither security nor management care. I was moved in with unstreched carpet, a cracked window, and dirty walls. The hallways smell like trash. You have to pay for an annual parking pass and register guests just to park in the unsecured surface parking lot.
