The building is a duplex. Each tenant has their own entrance (off the porch in the front of the property) and exit (in the rear of the property). Spacious front porch. Central AC/Heat. Located DIRECTLY on the SCAD bus route. Also supremely easy access to non-SCAD public transportation. Each tenant additionally has their own completely private, fenced-in backyard - especially great for those with a roommate of the furry, four-legged variety! Cable & internet ready. Location could not be more ideal. A few minutes walk to several SCAD buildings and Savannah’s super cool Starland District. An easy bike ride or 2 minute drive to Habersham Village. Meticulously cared for and managed by local owner. Utilities are a flat fee of $150 and include water/trash/sewer, electric and pest control.
