Management is extremely hypocritical when trying to address issues. Fully dismissive when you’re having problems with apartment. It takes maintenance weeks to complete work orders, if they’re completed by them at all and you don’t flag them down to get parts needed to complete them yourself sooner. There’s just a lot of opportunities. Lord help don’t contact Lou to seek out more detailed assistance. She much better. But she won’t hesitate to pick apart your financial situation and/or anything else to see if she can kick you out instead of trying to address your issues.
