Tenants are responsible to pay the electric and any other additional items not included in the rent. Non-smoking, pets are negotiable. Lease terms open to: 6 or 12-months and after a 6 or 12-month lease term, the rental agreement can transition to a month-to-month agreement. Renter's Insurance Required. All adult applicants are required to apply, application fee is $18 per adult.
