Our four bedroom house in Cedar Falls is minutes from campus and University Ave.. There's an extra bedroom on the main floor that can double as a den. The rooms are good-sized, there's plenty of storage space in the garage, and there's a private fenced-in back yard with a spacious, new deck. The home is also furnished with a washer/dryer in the basement and central air! Tenants are responsible for all lawn care, snow removal and utilities. Average utilities are $161.04 per CFU.
