I really do like it here, parking is very difficult at night,maintenance is great.my biggest complaint is paying for public lighting, and other fees that have increased my rent significantly.causing my family to be on extremely tight budget

My apartment is on the bottom floor. As any apartment, we can hear the walking around on our ceiling quite loudly. Some of the items in the apartment are worn and older, but we do pay a lower rent amount because everything has not been updated.
