When I moved in I was told that the utilities were included last month I was charged $112.00for ulilities.

I receive 3 different bills from 3 different sources as to amount of my rent payment. I spoke to the office staff and was told this was completely normal. I should never receive 3 different bills with 3 different amounts. That IS NOT NORMAL
