This is a very cozy unit in a beautiful Gold Coast neighborhood by the Lake and Lincoln Park. The unit is on a higher floor and has a great view and plenty of sunlight. With a relatively lower rent (in a highly desirable neighborhood) and an attentive property management (everything is well maintained and cleaned), I loved living here for the past two and half years but because of work I have to relocate. Current lease ends Feb 2022 and has options to continue the lease with the property management (PPM, one of the highest reviewed in the city). Ideal starting day is early Nov but with some flexibility (lets discuss!). Rent includes electricity, water, heat, etc. and internet is shared in the building.
