I will be spending the remainder of my lease traveling-- so come enjoy my apartment in my absence! My units on the top floor of a four-story walk-up, gets great natural lighting, and theres a private back deck. The apartment is 650 square feet, comprising of a kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom, large hall closet, and bedroom (which easily accommodates my queen-sized mattress). The alley is locked and were steps from Wrigley Field, multiple bus lines, the Addison Redline stop, and nightlife. The street itself is relatively quiet and has a nice, warm, neighborhood-y feeling :)

Sublet is available from February 1st through May 31st, and early move in is possible.
Furniture will be removed prior to move in but can be used upon negotiation.
