This amazing duplex is on the top two floors of a building in the historic Lakewood/ Balmoral district of Andersonville. Walk to Whole Foods, Starbucks, Cheetah Gym, Mariano's, WInifred Grace, Replay, Taste of Heaven, Calo Restaurant, Edgewater Fitness, Vinyassa Yoga, Atmosphere, Lady Gregory, Elixir, and all the other shopping destinations. The Red Line station at Bryn Mawr is 2 blocks away, and will get you downtown in 20 minutes. Local CPS school is Peirce Elementary, with Waldorf and Montessori close by.
We are pet friendly, and will ask to meet your furry friend before you apply. It is a no smoking building - tobacco and marijuana. We do ask for credit over 700 and income 3 times the rent.
