Medical, Power and Light District. We have the friendliest staff in town!!! Our apartments feature: - soft carpet* - new central and heating units - double pane windows - custom paint and finishes in a contemporary and vibrant design options - eat in kitchens - Large living rooms - balconies and decks* - play and recreation areas - 24 hr maintenance - a full on-site management team 12 month lease. $35 Application Fee Deposit starts $300 Pets are welcome. (non refundable PET FEE of $300 for one (1) pet or $450 for two (2) pets and $15 per month in Pet Rent for each dog allowed).
