The elevator scream everytime it is in use, hellish screaming that keep everyone awake. Management is ineffective and predatory, I didn't have a functioning oven for the first 2 months I lived there which is illegal and when I mentioned this they threatened to evict me. When they finally gave me a new oven they left if only partially build with the manual still inside which caught on fire during the first use.
