Damion is the property manager. Since he took over, it has been far less pleasant to live here. He’s a poor communicator, defensive, and just overall difficult to deal with. As far as amenities go, they would be great if properly managed. But they allow fitness instructors to hog equipment while getting paid to use said equipment with non-residents and frequently rent the beautiful lounge on the to floor to outside parties. This place costs too much for these kind of issues to persist.
