“Front door coming in is loud and the door is open more then it's locked. The trash outside is not emptied often - the dog station always stinks and if full. Bags need to be replaced more often. There's trash scattered everywhere daily and the disposal area is always a mess - which you have to see everyday when pulling into the development. Emails go unanswered.”

“These apartments are a 15 minute drive from my job, but on top of my personal convenience the location on the blackstone river, and ease of hopping on 295 make the location unmatched. I really love my apartment, the hallways and common spaces are always nice and clean, and the gym is fantastic. As well, the staff at the apartments are fantastic and regularly throw some really great events! Compared to other apartments I've lived at in the past, this place has a better location, better apartments, and better staff by far for roughly the same rent.”
