I love my new home
The Exit Gate seems to always broken, which has allowed criminals to come on to the property and break in to Tenants automobiles. I really do not like animals in the building as well. The HVAC system in the bathroom does not put out enough A/C, so I have to use a fan to keep the room clean. I hope in the winter it isn't the same. Don't understand why the water bill is so high, when it is only a 1 bedroom apt. Don't understand why the electric bill is so high, when it is only 1 bedroom apartment. Roaches in the apartment. The entire complex should be fenced in. The timer should be configured where only 1 vehicle is allowed into the complex at a time.
