This 1,200 sq. ft., two bedroom apartment is a newer third floor attic apartment in a nice older home. The ceiling height is about 7 foot down the middle of the apartment with sloped roof/ceilings toward the outsides of the building. This yields lots of storage space in the lower corners of nearly all rooms. The exterior entrance leads into a large kitchen with room for a small dining area as well as a peninsula that can be used with a couple barstools. The kitchen has a dishwasher and plenty of under counter cabinet storage. There is a good sized bathroom with a large vanity, stand-up shower stall and plenty of storage. The living room has lots of floor space and a large closet. The larger of the bedrooms has no closet, but lots of floor space, while the smaller bedroom has an overabundance of closet space.
There is also an interior entrance that comes upstairs from a first floor laundry room and rear entrance shared with two additional apartments. There are coin operated washer and dryer in the laundry room on the first floor.
There is plenty of outdoor parking.
